Lost Girl Trail is a short, easy cross-country ski route in Pennsylvania, about 0.7 miles from the town of Seven Springs. The trail is an out-and-back, roughly 0.2 miles long, with a total climb of about 113 feet. The route starts near 2,987 feet and reaches a high point of about 2,996 feet, with the steepest stretch at about 7% grade around the 0.06-mile mark. Winter is the natural season for skiing here. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Hidden Valley show January highs around 32°F and lows near 17°F, while December and February run only slightly warmer. That station sits about 120 feet lower than the trail, so temperatures on the trail may run a little cooler. Seven Springs Mountain Resort is about 0.6 miles away, and the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail passes within 0.2 miles. The Swiss Mountain Trail and Hillside Trail are both within about 2 miles.
