Three Creek Lake is an easy out-and-back hike in Oregon's Deschutes National Forest, within the Sisters Ranger District. The trail is 1.4 miles long, with a total elevation gain of 115 feet, and it's managed by the Forest Service. The route starts at about 6,572 feet and reaches a high point of 6,641 feet. The steepest stretch comes early, around 0.14 miles in, with a grade of about 11%. The trail is natural-surface, and both horses and bikes are not allowed. The hike falls within the open season from June 1 through October 31. Three Creeks Lake Campground sits about 0.4 miles away, and Driftwood Campground - Deschutes is about half a mile off. The Tam McArthur Rim hike is also about 0.4 miles away, and Little Three Creek Lake is roughly 0.8 miles away.
