Ladee 804A is an easy, 1.2-mile out-and-back hike in the Clackamas River Ranger District of Mt. Hood National Forest in Oregon, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is short and gentle, with a total climb of about 330 feet from the low point at 2,281 feet to the high at 2,409 feet, and the steepest stretch comes early, around 0.22 miles in, with a 16% grade. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Three Lynx, which sits well below the trail, show July and August highs in the upper 70s with only four or five wet days a month. That station's figures are not directly comparable to conditions on the trail, which sits roughly 1,300 feet higher. Ladee 804 and Ladee 806 are both within half a mile, and the North Fork Clackamas River offers canoeing about 1.5 miles away. Lazy Bend campground is about 2.2 miles off.
