Illahee Flat is an easy out-and-back hike of about 2.6 miles in the North Umpqua Ranger District of Oregon's Umpqua National Forest. The trail rises from a low point of 1,877 feet to a high of 2,227 feet, a climb of about 392 feet one way, and it is managed by the Forest Service. The route is natural-surface and open to both horses and bikes. It is not an accessible trail. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from the nearby Toketee Falls weather station show July and August highs around 85 to 86°F with only about three wet days a month, while winter brings highs in the low 40s and frequent rain. The trail starts close to Illahee Gazebo, a campground just 0.1 mile away, and the North Umpqua Trail: Jessie Wright hike is 0.8 mile off. Eagle Rock Campground is 1.2 miles away, and the North Umpqua Trail: Calf hike is 2.2 miles away.
