Fuji Creek Nordic is a moderate out-and-back hike of about 6.6 miles in the Middle Fork Ranger District of the Willamette National Forest in Oregon, managed by the Forest Service. The trail starts at about 4,214 feet and climbs to roughly 5,503 feet, with a total gain of about 2,381 feet. The steepest stretch comes around mile 1.7, where the grade reaches about 34%. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Odell Lake show July and August highs in the low 70s with only about three wet days a month, while winter brings highs in the mid-30s and regular snow days from December through February. Salt Creek Falls Road Nordic, a cross-country ski route, lies just 0.2 miles away, and Salt Creek Falls and Diamond Creek Falls are both about 0.6 miles off. Gold Lake Campground, about 2.9 miles away, is the closest place to camp.
