Baker Beach Loop Trail is an easy out-and-back hike in Oregon's Siuslaw National Forest, within the Central Coast Ranger District-ODNRA. The trail is about 7.6 miles long, with a total elevation gain of 84 feet, and it sits at a low of about 13 feet. The Forest Service manages the land. The trail's gentle grade makes it a straightforward walk. The steepest stretch comes at the start, about 0.13 miles in, with a 7% grade. It's a natural-surface route, and it is open year-round. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Florence show July and August highs in the upper 60s °F, with only five to six wet days a month, while winter months bring highs in the upper 40s and 20 or more wet days. Baker Beach Campground and the Lilly Lake hike both lie within about a quarter mile, and the Baker Beach Trail starts right next door. Sutton Campground is about 2.5 miles away.
