Redwood Bar is a Forest Service campground in the Gold Beach Ranger District of the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forests in Oregon. It sits within the national forest's boundaries, and the Forest Service manages the land. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Brookings show July and August highs around 67 to 69°F with only four wet days a month, while winter months bring highs in the mid-50s and rain on 17 to 19 days. A fee is charged for recreation at this site. Nook Bar campground is less than a mile away, and South Fork Camps and South Fork Upper are both about 2 miles off. For time on foot, the Redwood Nature hike is roughly 3.7 miles away.
