Lick Creek Campground is a Forest Service campground in Oregon's Hells Canyon National Recreation Area, part of the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest. It sits within the recreation area's ranger district, and the Forest Service manages the land. The site has vault toilets, and a fee is charged for stays. That makes it a simple base for an overnight in the area, with the essentials in place for a short stay. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit.
