Harriman State Park is a New York state park managed by State Park and Recreation, and its climbing area sits within the park's boundaries. The park is a base for bouldering, with five boulder problems spread across the site, all rated between V0 and V3 on the V scale. The closest trail, Beech Trail, starts just 0.1 mile away, and Rockhouse Mountain is about 1.4 miles off. For comfortable weather, aim for late spring or early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 70°F and September highs around 74°F, with July the warmest month at about 83°F. The climbing area's routes are all boulders. Crooked Teeth and River Arete are both V0, Paper Plates is V1-2, and Moist Cave and Sour Traverse are V3.
