Taconic Bridge Trail is a short, easy mountain biking route in the Town of Yorktown Parkland Land in New York, managed by city land. The out-and-back route is about 0.7 miles long and gains about 170 feet of elevation, with the steepest stretch at about 11% grade roughly a third of the way up. It's a low-commitment ride that works well as a quick stop or a warm-up. The most comfortable months for riding are typically late spring through early fall. A nearby weather station in Shrub Oak records typical averages of about 71°F highs in May and 75°F in September, with July peaking around 84°F. Several other trails sit within about a tenth of a mile, including the B Trail, W Trail and R Trail. Climbers can find Blue Mountain Park and Rocky Glen Pond about 5.5 miles away.
