Sandia Xc Ski Loop (15) (Groomed) is a groomed, easy loop in the Sandia Ranger District of Cibola National Forest in New Mexico, managed by the Forest Service. The route is 3.6 miles long and rises about 270 feet from a low point of 9,995 feet to a high of 10,273 feet, making it a short, low-elevation outing. The trail is part of a network of groomed routes, and the loop is set up for out-and-back travel. It sits close to several other groomed routes and trails, including Service Road 488, the Challenge Trail and Klaus, all within about a tenth of a mile. The Kiwanis Meadow Trail is also nearby. For a change of pace, the Yucca Flower Tower climbing area lies about half a mile away.
