View Loop is an easy out-and-back hike in New Hampshire, about 1.1 miles from the town of Perham Corner. The route is roughly 3.7 miles long, with a total elevation gain of 781 feet, and it reaches a high point of 827 feet. The climb is steepest near the start, with a grade of about 21% at 0.26 miles in. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July highs around 79°F with lows near 58°F, while September cools to highs around 70°F. The trip takes about 1.5 hours. The Old Dow Road Trail and the View Access Trtail, both mountain biking routes, sit within half a mile. Purgatory Falls, a climbing area, and the Purgatory Brook Trail are each about 1.4 miles away.
