Moenkopi Loop is a 3-mile out-and-back hike on Bureau of Land Management land in the Red Rock/Sloan Field Office in Nevada. The trail starts and ends at roughly 3,750 feet and rises to about 3,965 feet, with a total elevation gain of 154 feet. It is a moderate route on natural terrain, and the Bureau of Land Management lists no horses or bikes as allowed. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Red Rock Canyon put April highs around 70°F and October highs around 75°F, while July averages climb to about 95°F. Several other trails lie close by, including the Moenkopi Loop - Grand Circle Trail and the Calico I and Calico II trails, all within about half a mile. Climbers can find The CarlyQuinn Crag about 0.8 miles away, and Red Rock Canyon Campground is roughly 2.9 miles off.
