Belli Front Trail is an easy out-and-back hike in Nevada's Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, within the Carson Ranger District. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail covers about 2.7 miles with a total climb of 638 feet. The route starts and ends at roughly 5,266 feet, with the high point at 5,559 feet, and the steepest stretch comes around the 1-mile mark, where the grade reaches about 13 percent. The most comfortable months for a visit are typically late spring and early fall. At a nearby weather station at a similar elevation, May averages highs around 65°F and lows near 40°F, and September averages highs around 77°F with lows near 47°F. Winter is cold, with January highs averaging about 42°F. The hike takes about an hour to complete. Steamboat Ditch Trail lies about 1.6 miles away, and the Mogul Cliffs and Church Ridge climbing areas are each about 2 miles off. For paddling, Alum Creek is roughly 5 miles away.
