Kenelty Vista is an easy out-and-back hike in the Libby Ranger District of Montana's Kootenai National Forest, about 2.8 miles long with a total elevation gain of 39 feet. The trail runs on natural surface and is open from June through November, and the Forest Service manages the land. The route starts at a low point of about 5,329 feet and climbs to a high of about 5,882 feet. It is short and gentle, with little change in elevation, and it works well for a quick outing or as a connector to other trails in the area. Bikes and horses are both allowed, so the trail suits riders and pack animals as well as hikers. The Divide Trail 6 (Kenelty) lies about 0.8 miles away, and Smoke Creek and Brulee Creek are each within about 1.7 miles. For an overnight stay, Pleasant Valley Campground is about 3.4 miles off.
