Hemlock Ridge is a hard hike in the Libby Ranger District of Montana's Kootenai National Forest, about 7 miles from the trailhead. The route is an out-and-back that climbs from a low point of about 3,225 feet to a high point of about 6,142 feet, with a total elevation gain of about 2,850 feet. The trail is natural-surfaced and open to bikes, and the Forest Service manages the land. The trailhead is Hemlock Ridge TH 158, and the open season runs from May 1 to November 30. Wee Lake is about 2.7 miles away, and Loon Lake Campground is about 4.4 miles away. Kedzie Creek and Feeder Mountain are both within about 5 miles.
