Nrt is a short, moderate mountain biking route in Massachusetts, about 2.5 miles from North Reading. It is an out-and-back ride of roughly half a mile, with a low point of 143 feet and a high of 159 feet, and the climb is flat, so the route is easy to fit into a longer day on the trail network around town. The most comfortable months for riding are late spring through early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Middleton run from highs around 67°F in May to about 73°F in September, with July the warmest at 81°F. Several other mountain biking routes sit close by. The Yellow Diamond Trail is about 0.1 mile away, Wicked Roll is 0.2 mile off, and the Acorn Trail is 0.3 mile away. For a change of pace, the Stearns Pond Blue Loop hike is also about 0.3 mile from the route.
