Torrent Falls is a climbing area in the Cumberland Ranger District of Daniel Boone National Forest in Kentucky. It sits among a cluster of other climbing spots, with Beer Trailer Crag about 0.4 miles away and Graining Fork Nature Preserve (a.k.a. Roadside Crag) about 0.9 miles off. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Beattyville show October highs around 69°F with lows near 44°F, and May highs around 75°F. July and August run warmer, with highs in the mid-80s. The Old Zoo is about a mile away, and Upper Hood's Branch Trail is roughly 3.6 miles off. For an overnight stay, Miguel's Campsite is about 4.5 miles away, and the Middle Fork Red River offers paddling about 4.9 miles from the falls.
