Sabal Point Sanctuary Trail is an easy out-and-back hike in Florida, about 1.3 miles from the town of Wekiwa Springs. The trail is 3.4 miles long, and the route is nearly flat, with a total elevation gain of about 11 feet from the low point at 13 feet to the high at 24 feet. The steepest stretch comes early, at about 0.29 miles in, with a grade of about 4 percent. The most comfortable months for a visit are typically winter and early spring. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show January highs around 71°F and lows near 44°F, while July highs reach about 93°F. Several other trails lie within a few miles. The Wekiwa Main Hiking Trail is about 4 miles away, and the Wekiwa Mill Creek Loop and Wekiwa Volksmarch Trail are both within about 4.6 miles.
