Baptist Riding Loop is a 5.5-mile out-and-back trail in Florida's National Forests in Florida, on the Seminole Ranger District. The Forest Service manages the land, and the route is rated moderate, with an elevation gain of about 76 feet one way and a total gain of about 189 feet for the round trip. The steepest part of the trail comes at about 0.8 miles from the start, with a grade of about 3 percent. The trail is a natural-surface ride open year-round and carries both horses and bikes, so it works for riders and equestrians. It is not an accessible route. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Lisbon put April and October highs around 81°F with lows in the mid-50s and about six to nine wet days a month. Summer brings highs near 90°F and around 14 to 16 wet days a month. Lake Dorr Campground sits about 1.8 miles away, and the Prairie Riding Loop is about 2.5 miles off. Flatwoods Riding Loop is about 3.3 miles away, and Big Scrub Campground is about 6.1 miles away.
