Yovan Trail is a short, easy hike in Connecticut, about 0.36 miles long and rising from roughly 626 feet to about 691 feet. The route is a point-to-point walk rather than a loop, and the steepest stretch comes at about 0.21 miles in, where the grade reaches 13 percent. The nearest town is Lonetown, about 1.1 miles away. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Danbury show May highs around 69°F and September highs around 74°F, with July the warmest month at about 82°F. The hike takes about half an hour, and it sits among several other short routes. The Drummer is just 0.1 mile away, and The Noose and The Fifth Connecticut are both within about 0.4 mile.
