Orange Trail is a short, easy hike in Connecticut, set within a town forest and covering about 0.3 miles. The route is nearly flat, with a high point of 337 feet and a low of 303 feet, and the climb is gentle, with a total gain of 24 feet and a steepest grade of about 3% at roughly 0.11 miles in. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to go.
