Fraggle Rock is a bouldering area in California, about 1.6 miles from the town of Casa Conejo. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with the Hangout Area, Mystery Science Theater and Conejo Boulders all within about a tenth of a mile. The Upper Irish Boulders are a little farther out, at about 0.2 miles. The climbing here is all bouldering, and the routes run from V0- up to V7+. The median grade is V2, with the hardest route, the Maharaja Project, listed at V7+ and marked as a project for the climber to complete. The Dagger, a V0 boulder, is one of the easier options, and Ride the Lightning SDS is a V3. The weather is mild year-round, with typical averages from a nearby weather station in Camarillo showing highs around 68°F in winter and 79°F in August. That station sits about 855 feet lower than the boulders, so temperatures at the rock run cooler. Summer is the driest stretch, with no wet days in June, July and August. For a walk, the Powerline Trail is about 0.4 miles away and the Index Finger Trail about 0.5 miles. Circle X Ranch Group Campground, roughly 6 miles off, is the closest place to camp.
