Yellow Rose is a 4.2-mile out-and-back hike in the Trinity Alps Wilderness, part of the Salmon River Ranger District of Klamath National Forest in northern California. The Forest Service manages the land. The trail is a natural-surface route with a moderate difficulty rating and an elevation gain of about 1,600 feet from its low point of about 5,000 feet to a high of about 6,600 feet. The hike starts almost beside Big Flat Campground, and the Caribou Lake trail is just 0.1 mile away. Tri-Forest lies about 0.3 mile off, and the Dorleska Mine trail is about 1.4 miles away. Farther afield, the Trinity Alps climbing area is about 4.8 miles from the trail.
