Teleli Pulaya, also known as Black Oak Campground, is a Forest Service campground in the Summit Ranger District of Stanislaus National Forest in California. It opened in 2014 and sits above the Stanislaus River Canyon. The campground has 22 sites, two of them group sites. The main road and parking pads are paved, and each site comes with a table and a metal fire ring. Restrooms are vault toilets. Potable water is available from hydrants, with each hydrant shared by several sites. A fee applies, and extra vehicles cost an additional parking charge. No hiking trails lead from camp down to the reservoir. Campers are asked to follow Leave No Trace practices and pack out everything they bring in. Summer is the most comfortable season. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Calaveras Big Trees show July highs around 81°F and lows near 56°F, and only one or two wet days a month from June through September. The Straw trail is about 1.3 miles away, and Beardsley Dam and Fraser Flat campgrounds are both within 2 miles. Pinecrest Day Use, about 3.2 miles off, offers pier fishing.
