Mg Stave Mill Fls B is an easy, out-and-back hike of about 2.6 miles in the Bayou Ranger District of the Ozark-St. Francis National Forest in Arkansas. The trail rises from a low point of 1,147 feet to a high of 1,349 feet, with the steepest stretch at about 0.14 miles in, where the grade reaches 12 percent. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is open year-round. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Clarksville show October highs around 72°F with lows near 52°F, and April highs around 70°F. That station sits about 500 feet lower than the trail's high point, so temperatures on the higher ground run cooler. The trail is natural-surfaced and allows both horses and bikes.
