Devil's Den Trail is a short, easy hike in Devil's Den State Park, Arkansas, set within the Boston Mountain Ranger District of the Ozark-St. Francis National Forest. The trail is managed by State Park and Recreation and is about 0.9 miles long, with a one-way elevation gain of 112 feet. The route is gentle, reaching a high point of about 1,162 feet from a starting elevation of roughly 1,124 feet. The steepest stretch comes around 0.46 miles in, with a grade of about 12 percent. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Mountainburg, about 10.5 miles away, show October highs around 74°F with lows near 47°F, and April highs around 72°F.
