It sits among a cluster of climbing areas, with Talon's Grip Area and The Roost Area each about 0.1 mile away and The Face of God about 0.2 mile off. The land is managed by the county, and the area is set up for traditional climbing, with 12 routes all rated in the 5.5 to 5.11- range. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit.
