Boneyard is a climbing area in Arizona's Coronado National Forest, within the Santa Catalina Ranger District. The Forest Service manages the land, and the area sits close to the Incinerator Ridge Trail #18A mountain biking route, about 0.1 mile away. The climbing here is sport-based, with 36 sport routes and four trad routes among the 41 listed. The YDS grades run from 5.7 up to 5.12a, with the median around 5.10+. Some of the named routes include Nail in My Coffin at 5.10b, Esprit de Corpse at 5.10+, and Brittle Bone Disease at 5.12a. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from the nearby Mt Lemmon Willow Canyon weather station, at 7027 feet, show May highs around 71°F and October highs around 68°F, while winter highs sit near 50°F. Sky Valley and Barnum Rock are climbing areas about 0.2 mile away, and the Knagge hike and Rose Canyon campground are both about 0.7 mile off.
