The Beach is a climbing area in Arizona's Coronado National Forest, on the Santa Catalina Ranger District. The Forest Service manages the land, and the climbing sits among several other spots, with Sunnyside, Sahuaro Corners and The Down Under all within about a tenth of a mile. The weather station at Saguaro National Park, about 8 miles away, gives a clear picture of the seasons. Spring and fall are the most comfortable, with typical October highs around 86°F and April highs around 82°F. Summer is hot, with June and July averaging highs near 100°F. The area is a cluster of sport climbing routes. All nine are rated in the 5.11 to 5.13c range, with "For The Lova Mike" at 5.11 and "No War" at 5.13c. "Solar Power" is 5.12a and "Milanoma" is 5.12c. Nearby, the Milagrosa hike and the Babad Do'ag mountain biking area are both within a mile. Molino Basin Group campground is about 2.6 miles away.
