Milagrosa is a hard hike on county land in Arizona, set within the Agua Caliente Creek area. The route is an out-and-back of about 7.5 miles, with a one-way elevation gain of 922 feet, taking you from a low point of about 3,110 feet to a high of about 4,043 feet. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show March highs around 74°F and October highs around 86°F, while June and July average about 100°F. That station sits roughly 960 feet lower than the high point, so temperatures on the trail run cooler. The trail is natural-surface and allows both horses and bikes. It is not an accessible route.
