Ridge Trail is a moderate mountain biking route in the Mesa Ranger District of Tonto National Forest in Arizona, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is about 0.7 miles long and rises roughly 160 feet, with the out-and-back format letting riders turn around at any point. The trail's mixed surface offers both technical challenges and flowing sections, and it's set in typical desert Southwest terrain with rocky stretches and varied elevation changes. It works well for riders looking to build confidence on technical ground or as part of a longer loop. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at E Mesa show March highs around 77°F and November highs around 77°F, while June and July average in the mid-100s. Mo Ridge Trail starts just 0.1 mile away, and Roadrunner Trail and the Ridge hike are each about 0.2 mile off. For an overnight stay, Larry Forbis Campground is about 7 miles away.
