Sabino Walkway is a short, easy hike in the Santa Catalina Ranger District of Coronado National Forest in Arizona, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is about a mile long, with a low point of 2,734 feet and a high of 2,786 feet, so the climb is gentle, about 53 feet of elevation gain over the course of the walk. The trail is accessible and has a natural surface. Bikes are allowed, so it works for hikers and riders alike. The parking area is at Bear Canyon Trailhead, and the trail is open year-round. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show March highs around 75°F and October highs around 87°F, while June and July average in the low to mid 100s. Bear Canyon and the Bajada Loop mountain biking route both sit about 0.1 mile away. Prospect is about half a mile off, and the Sabino Canyon Recreation Area Cactus Ramada 1 campground is about 0.7 mile away.
