Sabino Lake is an easy hike of about 1.2 miles on a natural-surface trail in the Santa Catalina Ranger District of Coronado National Forest in Arizona. It's a short out-and-back, with a high point of about 2,754 feet and a low of about 2,696 feet, making it a gentle walk with a climb of about 23 feet one way. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show highs around 82°F in April and 87°F in October, while summer highs reach about 100°F. The trail is open year-round. The route is rated easy and is suitable for biking. It starts close to the Sabino Dam and Bluff mountain biking areas, about a tenth of a mile away. Blacketts Ridge is a hike about 0.2 miles off, and the Cactus Ramada campsite at Sabino Canyon Recreation Area is about 0.4 miles away.
