Robinson Mesa is an easy out-and-back hike in the Clifton Ranger District of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests in eastern Arizona, managed by the Forest Service. The route is short, about 0.4 miles one way, and the climb is gentle, with a total gain of about 280 feet from the start at roughly 5,590 feet to the high point at about 5,654 feet. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 77°F and October highs around 72°F, while July and August bring highs near 89°F and the most wet days of the year. Honeymoon Campground is about 0.7 miles away, and the Coyote and Squirrel Canyon hikes are both within a mile. Warren Canyon is about 2.3 miles off.
