Indian Springs is a hard loop hike in the Springerville Ranger District of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests in eastern Arizona, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is about 7.5 miles long and gains roughly 412 feet in elevation. It is a natural-surface route, and the Forest Service reports that it is not an accessible trail. Bikes are allowed. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical July averages from a nearby weather station run about 71°F for highs and 44°F for lows, while winter highs sit around 42°F with lows near 11°F. Rainbow Campground and Rainbow (az) are both about half a mile away, and Big Lake Lookout is also about half a mile off. Paddlers can find the North Fork East Fork Black River about 3.5 miles away.
