Crest Trail #270C is a moderate 8.9-mile out-and-back hike in the Chiricahua Wilderness, part of the Douglas Ranger District of Coronado National Forest in southeastern Arizona. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail climbs from about 8,793 feet to about 9,483 feet, with a total elevation gain of 1,523 feet. Bikes are not allowed on this route, so plan on hiking it on foot. The trail is a wilderness route, and the surrounding area holds several other trails within a mile, including Sentinel Peak Trail, Burnt Stump Trail #366 and Price Canyon Trail #224. For an overnight base, Herb Martyr campground sits about 3.8 miles away.
