Crest Trail #270B is an easy out-and-back hike of about 5.8 miles in the Chiricahua Wilderness, part of the Douglas Ranger District of Coronado National Forest in southeastern Arizona. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail's one-way climb is about 422 feet, from a low point of roughly 9,000 feet to a high of about 9,480 feet. Bikes are not allowed on this trail, so plan on walking. The route is short and gentle, making it a straightforward outing for a day in the wilderness. Monte Vista and Morse Canyon, both mountain biking areas, sit within a mile. Turtle Mountain Trail #219 is about 1.2 miles away. For an overnight stay, Sycamore campground is about 2.7 miles off.
