City of Williams Link is an easy out-and-back hike in the Williams Ranger District of Kaibab National Forest in Arizona, about 2.45 miles long with a one-way elevation gain of 109 feet. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail's natural surface makes it suitable for bikes and horses. For comfortable weather, late spring and early fall work well. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Williams run to highs around 71°F in May and 76°F in September, with summer bringing more wet days. The trail sits close to several other outings. River fishing on the Williams Ranger District is about 0.3 miles away, and Bill Williams Mountain offers climbing about 2.6 miles off. Kaibab Lake campground and Dogtown Lake are both within about 5 miles.
