Right Bishop is a bouldering area on Wheeler Reservoir Retained Land in Alabama, managed by the Tennessee Valley Authority. It sits among a cluster of climbing areas, with Lock N' Load just 0.1 mile away and Omen Area about 0.4 mile off. The climbing here is all bouldering, with seven routes ranging from V1 to V9-10. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from the nearby Guntersville No. 2 weather station show October highs around 73°F with lows near 53°F, and April is similar at about 72°F by day and 50°F at night. That station sits a few hundred feet lower than the boulders, so temperatures on the rock may run slightly cooler. The routes include Warm Up at V1 and Red Right at V9-10, with Red Stand at V6 and Red Left at V8 in between. Middle Bishop is about 1.2 miles away, and Thompson Loop offers a hike roughly 2.6 miles off.
