The Highway 108 Corridor is a stretch of river fishing in California's Stanislaus National Forest, within the Mi-Wok Ranger District. The Forest Service manages the land, and the corridor is not a single trail or campsite but a section of the highway that runs through forest country. The most comfortable months for a visit are late spring and early fall. Typical averages from the Cherry Valley Dam weather station, about 15 miles away, show May highs around 70°F and October highs around 70°F, with only a few wet days in each. Summer is hot, with July and August highs near 89°F, and winter brings regular snow days from December through March. The corridor sits close to several other outdoor spots. The Lightning mountain biking area and the Roadside Rocks climbing area are each about 0.3 miles away, and the North Fork Tuolumne River, a paddling route, is about 2 miles off. For an overnight stay, Hacienda campground is roughly 6 miles away.
