Honeymooner's Area is a climbing area in New River Gorge National Park and Preserve in West Virginia, managed by the National Park Service. It sits among a cluster of other climbing areas, with H) Hellbound Area, J) Snake Buttress and G) Diamond Point all about 0.1 mile away. The area has 30 routes, split evenly between sport and trad climbing, with grades ranging from 5.7 to 5.13c. The median grade is 5.11c/d. Some of the named routes include Crescent Moon (5.7 trad), Crimes of Fashion (5.10c trad) and Satanic Verses (5.13c sport). September is the most comfortable month to visit, with typical highs around 75°F and lows near 54°F, and it has the fewest wet days of the year.
