Purina Crags is a climbing area in the Wenatchee River Ranger District of the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest in Washington, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with Lower Icicle Canyon about 0.1 mile away and Careno Crag about 0.2 mile away, making it easy to pair with other crags in the area. The crags hold 19 routes, with 14 of them trad, 3 mixed and 2 sport. The YDS grades run from 5.7 to 5.12-, with the median at 5.9. Among the named routes are Late for Dinner at 5.7, Black Power at 5.12-, and Harlequin, a mixed route at 5.10. Summer is the warmest stretch. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Leavenworth show July and August highs around 87°F with lows near 50°F and only about three wet days a month. Winter is cold, with January highs around 34°F and lows near 19°F. Snow Lakes Trail starts about 0.4 mile away, and Eightmile Group Site offers camping about 2.8 miles off.
