Main Wall is a climbing area on county land within the Upriver Dam land unit in Washington. It sits right alongside other named climbing areas, with Novice Rocks, Other Rocks and Don Quixote Face all about 0.1 mile away. The area has 36 routes, with trad and mixed climbing making up the bulk of them and sport and bouldering filling in the rest. The grades run from 5.4 to 5.13d, with Peckerman Direct at 5.13d, and Starbabies at 5.8. Y Crack is a mixed route at 5.4, and Ron's Climb is a mixed route at 5.10d. For timing, summer is the most comfortable stretch. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Spokane show July highs around 87°F with only about four wet days. Winter is much colder and wetter, with December highs near 37°F and about 15 wet days. Hikers can find Granite Trail about 0.4 mile away and Tire Trail about 0.6 mile away. Deadman Creek, a canoeing spot, is about 9.5 miles off.
