Lonely Fish is a bouldering area in the Wenatchee River Ranger District of the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest in Washington, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with Barney's Rubble and Bruces Boulder both about 0.1 mile away. The area has five bouldering routes, all rated on the V scale. The grades run from V3 to V10, with Lonely Fish itself at V8-9 and Dirty Dude at V10. The boulders are the focus here, and the routes are short, so a day at the crag can be built around a few of them. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Leavenworth show July and August highs around 87°F with only about three wet days a month, while winter highs sit near 34°F. For a longer outing, the Snow Lakes Trail is about a mile away and Eightmile Group Site offers camping roughly 1.5 miles off.
