Bouldering in Icicle Creek is a climbing area in the Wenatchee River Ranger District of the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest in Washington, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among several other bouldering spots, with Lovage Boulder and The Ruminator Boulder each about 0.1 mile away. The area has 38 bouldering routes, all rated on the V scale from V0 to V10, with a median of V6. A few routes are also listed with YDS grades, including one at 5.10. Among the named routes are La Hacienda at V2, Hoofmaker at V6 and Hoofmaker Low at V7, and Spill the Beans at V10. Summer is the warmest stretch for a visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Leavenworth show July and August highs around 87°F with lows near 50°F and only about three wet days a month. That station sits roughly 870 feet lower than the bouldering area, so temperatures up high run cooler. Bruce's Boulder Trail starts about 0.3 mile away, and Snow Lakes Trail is about a mile off. For an overnight stay, Eightmile Group Site is about 1.7 miles away and Bridge Creek Group Site about 2.6 miles.
