Python is a short, moderate mountain biking route in Henrys Ridge Open Space, a county-managed open space in Washington. The ride is about 1.5 miles long, with a one-way climb of 80 feet from a low point of 684 feet to a high of 771 feet. The steepest stretch comes at about 0.55 miles in, with a 7% grade. Summer is the most comfortable time to ride. Typical averages from the nearby Landsburg weather station show July and August highs around 77°F with only about seven wet days a month, while winter months bring highs in the mid-40s and rain on roughly 20 days. Old Mike sits just 0.2 miles away, and Viper and Stinger are each about 0.4 miles off. For paddling, Big Soos Creek is about 7 miles away.
