Devil's Kitchen is a climbing area in Virginia on land managed by the National Park Service, within the Appalachian National Scenic Trail. It sits along the trail corridor, and the Appalachian Trail passes about 0.1 mile away. There is no fee to visit. The closest neighbors are the Appalachian Trail and the Finite Element Boulder, both about 0.1 mile off. The Warm-Up Boulder and Titanic Boulder, The are each about 0.2 mile away. For comfortable weather, late spring and early fall are the best bets. Typical averages from the nearby Copper Hill weather station run from highs around 69°F in May to about 72°F in September, with July peaking near 80°F.
