Dairy Canyon is a climbing area in the Ferron Ranger District of Manti-La Sal National Forest in Utah, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among several other climbing and hiking destinations in the district, which makes it an easy anchor for a day or a longer trip in this part of the forest. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from the nearby Electric Lake weather station show July highs around 74°F with lows near 41°F, and June and August run close behind. Winters there are cold, with January highs typically around 27°F. Trail Canyon is about 2.3 miles away, and Black Canyon is about 3 miles away. Climbers can also find Hulk, The about 3.4 miles off, and Indian Creek offers river fishing and camping about 4.9 miles from the canyon.
