Banshee Wall is an alpine climbing area in southern Utah, within the Escalante Ranger District of Dixie National Forest. The Forest Service manages the land, and the climbing here is set in a cluster of boulders and rock faces close to Pandora and The Doldrums, which both sit about 0.2 miles away. The area holds 23 alpine-style routes, ranging from about 5.6 up to 5.12a/b. Several of the established routes are among the more challenging ones. Son of a Banshee is a 5.6, Aibell is a 5.10, and Banshee Holiday is the hardest at 5.12a/b. The style runs across the board alpine, so expect a climbing experience that leans into that form. For a change of pace, Pine Lake Campground lies about 3.9 miles away, and the Great Western Trail - Utah passes about 3.5 miles from the wall.
